New Build Home

New build private home in Fife with a traditional style block that complements the existing town High Street and contrasting contemporary block to the rear providing open plan living spaces and panoramic views.

The project followed an architect-led traditional procurement route from initial sketches to client handover and was delivered by Graeme Kyle as project architect with Rory Gibson Architects.

Completed in 2023.
